Australia’s Team for the 2026 IAU 24‑Hour Asia & Oceania Championships Announced
AUTRA is proud to confirm the Australian team selected to contest the 2026 IAU 24‑Hour Asia & Oceania Championships in Hirosaki City, Japan, on 23–24 May 2026. The squad brings together some of the country’s most consistent and resilient ultra‑endurance athletes, supported by an experienced Team Manager.

Hayley brings extensive experience as an athlete, coach and team leader, and will coordinate preparation, logistics and on‑the‑ground support in Japan.
Looking Ahead to Hirosaki City, Japan
The 24‑hour format tests not only physical endurance but also race craft, pacing and mental resilience. Over a full day on the course, these athletes will be competing against the best in Asia and Oceania, contributing both to individual performances and to Australia’s team standings.
In the lead‑up to May, AUTRA will work closely with the team and support staff on:
