Nick Muxlow is already known for his extraordinary style of run coaching, and in the last few years has seen success with his first published book Journey to 100.

Now, there’s a new book with his name on it – Get Run Fit: Improve Your Running, Finish With A Smile, and it’s all about rediscovering yourself in your running journey.

Get Run Fit outlines the methods you need to ensure you have confidence with your running again, explaining four key elements you need to get run fit.

Muxlow writes in an easy to understand style that’s not ‘basic’, but intelligent. The first half of the book is about accepting the fact that running isn’t about racing – that racing is simply part of the bigger picture, and that the sport will ultimately change your life. It’s about the fundamentals and the principles – the ‘foundations’ if you will, which will lead to the importance of targeted training and how mindset plays a deep role.

Muxlow is a run coach who really does want to help runners improve their abilities, and while reading Get Run Fit it truly did feel like he was talking directly to me.

From teaching you how to grow your mindset to staying on track and creating good habits, Get Run Fit is a guide that needs to find its place in your hands.
